Problem
Keeping track of several important documents, such as passports and IDs, presents a problem for frequent travelers and event attendees, which can cause anxiety and even delays. The process of booking travel and buying event tickets can also be complicated and time-consuming when navigating via several sites, which detracts from the whole experience.
Solution
Fast provides a safe, one-stop shop where customers can easily purchase event tickets, schedule flights, and digitally store their passports and IDs. Fast streamlines the procedure, lowers anxiety, and offers a simplified, user-friendly experience that meets the needs of contemporary travelers and social enthusiasts by combining these features into a single app.
Design Process
My design process for Fast focused on creating a secure yet intuitive experience that balances robust security with ease of use. The challenge was to make identity verification feel both trustworthy and effortless.
Research & Discovery
I conducted interviews with frequent travelers, event attendees, and security professionals to understand pain points in identity verification. I also analyzed existing digital ID solutions and security protocols to identify opportunities for innovation while maintaining trust.
